ball valves

The ball valve is an efficient and reliable fluid control device, known for its simple design and excellent sealing performance. Its core part is a spherical valve core, which can be turned 90 degrees to achieve switch control, and the operation is intuitive and fast.

The valve’s advanced sealing architecture integrates reinforced PTFE seats and stem packing, achieving bubble-tight shutoff compliant with API 598 standards. This bidirectional sealing capability ensures reliable performance in both high-pressure (rated to PN100/Class 600) and extreme temperature applications (-29°C to 200°C).

Key Features:

Zero-Leakage Integrity: Multi-stage stem sealing system with anti-blowout design

Operational Efficiency: Low-torque operation with <5 Nm actuation force (manual models)

Material Versatility: Available in 316SS, brass, and duplex steel configurations

Full Port Design: 100% bore geometry minimizes turbulence for viscous media

Multi-Driver Compatibility: Adaptable to manual lever, pneumatic actuator, or electric motor interfaces

Check Valve

The AUTOVALVE KOREA check valve is a precision-engineered, automated fluid control device designed to prevent medium backflow and ensure unidirectional flow in piping systems. By allowing fluid to flow in one direction only, it safeguards equipment and systems from potential damage caused by reverse flow, ensuring operational safety and stability. AUTOVALVE KOREA check valve can be divided into lifting check valve and swing check valve.

Key Features:

Automatic Operation: Self-actuating design eliminates the need for external power, ensuring reliable performance during system operation

Robust Construction: Available in swing, lift, and dual-plate designs to suit various flow conditions and pressure requirements

High-Performance Sealing: Precision-machined sealing surfaces ensure tight shutoff, preventing backflow and leakage

Material Versatility: Options include stainless steel for corrosion resistance, carbon steel for cost-effective strength, and duplex steel for high-strength, high-corrosion applications

Wide Range of Connections: Flanged, threaded, wafer, and butt-weld end connections compliant with ANSI, DIN, JIS, and ASME standards

Strainer

he AUTOVALVE KOREA flange strainer is a critical fluid handling component designed to safeguard piping systems by removing solid particles and impurities from the media. Whether in industrial production, water treatment or air purification, filters can effectively extend equipment life, reduce maintenance costs, and improve the overall performance of the system.

Key Features:

Efficient Filtration: Available in Y-type and basket-type designs, with mesh sizes ranging from 0.5mm to 5mm to suit various filtration requirements

Robust Construction: Stainless steel models offer superior corrosion resistance, while carbon steel variants provide cost-effective durability

Flanged Connections: Compliant with ANSI B16.5, DIN EN 1092-2, and JIS B2220 standards, ensuring easy integration into existing piping systems

Easy Maintenance: Removable strainer baskets or screens allow for quick cleaning and replacement, minimizing downtime

High-Temperature and High-Pressure Capability: Rated for temperatures up to 200°C and pressures up to Class 600 (ANSI) or PN100 (DIN)
